• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message.
• Rental request: your name, email address, phone number (optional), message, event dates, whether delivery is needed, and the delivery address and time.
• Event inquiry: the event type, date, number of guests, venue, what you need, and your contact details.
• Orders: if you accept an offer, the order details, related documents and the payment status.
• Correspondence: the emails you send us and our replies.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser information, which our servers process to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

• To answer your request and prepare an offer (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To deliver an order and take payment (performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b)).
• To keep accounting records (legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c)).

• Browser storage: the site keeps the rental cart, your cookie choice and a few settings for the current visit in your browser's storage, not in cookies. This is needed for the site to work and does not require consent.
• Analytics: Google Analytics loads with analytics storage denied and sets its cookies only after you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
• Embedded map: the footer shows a Google Maps map. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.

We use these service providers, who process data only on our instructions:

• Railway: hosting for the website and its database.
• Cloudflare: storage for images and order documents.
• Google: email (Google Workspace), site analytics (Google Analytics, with your consent) and the embedded map (Google Maps).
• Montonio: online payments for orders.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

• Requests and correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.
• Orders and invoices: for the periods required by Latvian accounting and tax law.
• Analytics data: in line with the Google Analytics retention settings.
• Technical logs: only as long as needed to run the site securely.

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
